Refund policy

Due to the handcrafted and personal-use nature of our products, return any unused items.

Each item is made in small batches with care, and natural variations in appearance, texture, or scent may occur. These variations are part of the charm of handmade goods and are not considered defects.

That said, your happiness matters to us.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@figivory.com. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to make it right through a replacement or store credit when applicable.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Items lost or delayed due to carrier issues

• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

• General dissatisfaction with scent or personal preference
